Didem Çatal

She is born in Denizli, Turkey. Graduated from Hacettepe University Graphic Art Major in year 1992. Completed her masters’ thesis on “A Research and Application Study on the Use of Visual Effects in Video-Clips on TV” as well as her proficiency in art thesis on “Structuring of Story Books as an e-book on the internet environment and application work for tale of Crystal Pavilion and Diamond”, in Hacettepe University, Institute of Social Sciences. Started her career of Assistant Professor in De-partment of Graphic Design of Fine Arts Faculty of Canakkale Onsekiz Mart University in year 2009. She continues her academic career as the Head of Graphic Design Department in the same university. She participated in various personal and mixed exhibitions, both national and internatio-nal, such as; “Whisper on the Moon” in Casa Bianca Gallery, Thessaloniki, Greece – 2016, “Multip-le Personality” in Konstutstallning i Galleri Flygeln, Stockholm, Sweden – 2011, Digital Illustration and Graphic Design Exhibition in Manas University, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, Poster Exhibition, Korf-mann, Çanakkale, Turkey. Participated as Jury in national and international competitions. She is member of GMYK, Istanbul Exlibris Association and C-IDEA (China Printing Design).
