International Exhibition on Sugar Culture, Health Promotion, and Innovation Ignites Global Attention




Recently, the International Exhibition on Sugar Culture, Health Promotion, and Innovation, themed around sugar culture, health promotion, and innovation, has opened in Taiwan with the participation of 23 countries/regions, showcasing a total of 63 exhibits. Artists from Bulgaria, Canada, China, Cuba, Egypt, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Japan, Mexico, Poland, Russia, South Korea, Taiwan, Turkey, Uruguay, the United States, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, and Venezuela gathered to present their unique perspectives on sugar culture and health promotion.


The exhibition centers on popular science, incorporating interdisciplinary designs rooted in sugar culture and health promotion. In-depth exploration of health and nutrition issues related to "sugar & glucose" is highlighted. The artists ingeniously integrate elements from education, culture, health, technology, and entertainment, aiming to make complex scientific knowledge more accessible, vivid, and even entertaining and emotionally touching for the audience. They aspire to communicate and generate social impact through their creative designs, making their cross-disciplinary efforts more meaningful and socially influential, aligned with SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) standards.


The event has attracted global attention, not only as a remarkable gathering in the fields of art and design but also as a profound exploration of sugar culture, health promotion, and innovation. It is believed that this international exhibition will bring new inspirations to the art community and inject fresh impetus into the global SDGs initiatives.
